Privacy Policy

Account information. When you create an account, we collect your email address and, if you sign in with Google or another identity provider, basic profile information made available by that provider (typically your name and email address). We use Auth0 as our authentication provider to manage this process securely.

Comparison data. When you build a job offer comparison, we store the details you enter — salary, equity, benefits, location, and any other fields you fill in — so we can generate your results and, if you choose to share it, your comparison link. You are not required to create an account to use this feature.

Payment information. If you subscribe to OfferLens Pro, payment is processed by Stripe. We do not collect or store your card details — Stripe handles this directly and shares with us only what is necessary to manage your subscription, such as your subscription status and a customer reference ID.

Local preferences. Your theme and display preferences are stored in your browser's local storage and are not transmitted to our servers.

Support communications. If you contact us through our support form, we collect the email address, name, and message you provide in order to respond to you. This form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which may process limited technical information (such as your IP address and browser characteristics) to verify you are not an automated bot.

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide, operate, and maintain the Service
• Create and manage your account
• Process payments and manage subscriptions
• Generate and serve your comparison results and shareable links
• Respond to support requests
• Detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and automated access
• Comply with legal obligations

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use your comparison data for advertising purposes.

If you use OfferLens without an account, your comparison data and its associated shareable link are automatically deleted after 7 days. If you create an account and subscribe to Pro, your comparisons are retained until you delete them or close your account. Account information is retained for as long as your account remains active.

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with the service providers necessary to operate OfferLens, each of which processes data under their own privacy and security obligations:

• Auth0 — authentication and account management
• Supabase — database hosting for account and comparison data
• Stripe — payment processing and subscription management
• Resend — sending support and account-related emails
• Cloudflare — bot protection (Turnstile) and network security
• Vercel — application hosting

We may also disclose information if required to do so by law, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of OfferLens, our users, or others.

If you sign in to OfferLens using your Google account, we receive only the basic profile information (your name and email address) that Google makes available for authentication purposes. We use this information solely to create and authenticate your OfferLens account. We do not access, request, or store any other data from your Google account, and we do not use this information for any purpose other than authentication.

OfferLens's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

If you have a Pro account, you can export your saved comparisons as a JSON file at any time from your Settings page. You can request deletion of your account and all associated data by contacting us at support@offerlens.xyz. Depending on your location, you may have additional rights under applicable law, including the right to access, correct, or delete your personal information, and the right to object to or restrict certain processing.

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) and access controls on our database. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

OfferLens is not directed at, and does not knowingly collect personal information from, children under the age of 13 (or the relevant minimum age in your jurisdiction). If we become aware that we have collected personal information from a child without parental consent, we will delete it.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, notify you directly.
